Non-contact 3-dimensional surface shape measuring equipment

Measurement of fine surface by interference fringe
This equipment can scan surface roughness, unevenness and dimensional data as 3-dimensional surface property data by white light interferometry technology.
This equipment is used for analyzing the deformation of adherends due to cure shrinkage stress, and the surface structures of curing membranes.

TEM (Transmission Electron Microscope)

Used for structural analysis, compositional analysis and 3-dimensional structural analysis
This instrument is a field-emission type TEM, which can perform atomic-level structure analysis as well as elemental analysis by utilizing high brightness and beam stability.
This instrument is installed in the TEM room exclusively for independent footing, and the long-period vibrations are counterbalanced by using an active vibration-free table which is digitally controlled. Equipped with an EDS (Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectrometry) and an in-column type EELS (Electron Energy-Loss Spectroscopy) for elemental analysis, it can analyze heavy elements as well as light elements without stress. Also equipped with a 3D tomography measurement system, it can 3-dimensionally perform high-order structural analysis of polymers and adhesive interfaces.

High-speed camera

Recording instantaneous motions such as deformations of components, destruction of resin materials and the like, caused by an impact
This is a special camera, which captures images of a short-time phenomenon at high speed to observe in slow motion.
By using this camera, you can understand the development of phenomena which may not be able to be followed by human vision, such as deformation or destruction of a material caused as part of an impact test, the behavior of liquid droplets during high-speed application by the use of a Dispenser, etc.

OCT(Optical Coherence Tomography)

Non-contact and non-invasive tomography scanning
“Optical Coherence Tomography” is a tomography imaging technology using near infrared rays.
2D OCT images as well as 3D OCT images can be obtained on a real-time basis so that resin cracks and the like may be analyzed in a non-destructive manner.
