Analysis of structural components based on vaporization

This equipment integrates a gas chromatograph (GC) and mass analyzer (MS).

Molecular data (mass spectrum) concerning the components of the specimen can be obtained by injecting the specimen into the column together with an inert gas, extracting them as a single component (GC), and separating and detecting them according to the mass-to-charge ratio after ionizing them (MS).

This equipment is used for analyzing clients’devices in addition to testing our product components.
